Since the Coronavirus lockdown on 23rd March whilst the Cattery has remained open, we have been empty which has been a very challenging time for us. Anyone who has cancelled their booking after the 23rd March has had their account credited with the deposit they had already paid (despite our T&C's). We are aware that this has been a challenging time for everyone and we want our customers and their lovely furry friends to return to us.
We currently do have some bookings for later in the year and some bookings have been made for next year, you can continue to book online via our website (if you need a login please let me know). Unfortunately we are not allowing viewings at this time.
Changes to our normal procedures are as follows:
Please do not bring your furry friend to us if you have had symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days prior to drop off (or collection or if you are self isolating due to being in contact with someone confirmed to have had the virus).
Please do not bring any bedding or toys from home at this time. You can still bring food if you want your furry friend to remain on a particular diet. Please do not bring food/water bowls.
Please email email@example.com a photograph/scan of your cats up to date vaccination record prior to boarding and advise of any information you feel we should be aware of. Also please return a signed photograph/scan of the T&C's and Veterinary Authorization form.
We MUST be provided with an Emergency Contact of someone who would be happy to collect your furry friend on your behalf should either you or we become ill during your furry friends stay. We are a family run business so if one of us has symptoms we will all have to self isolate for 14 days and your furry friend would need to be collected.
Payment for your furry friends stay must be made via the Bacs details on the invoice prior to drop off. We are not accepting payment on site.
When arriving, we will open the reception door and will ask you to leave your furry friend in its carrier just inside the door. We will then wipe down the carrier with a pet friendly disinfectant wipe and then carry the carrier and your furry friend through to the main cattery. You are welcome to follow outside the building and watch through the perspex windows to see where your furry friend will be staying.
When you book you will be asked to select a time for drop off and collection. Please stick to these times as that is when we will be expecting you. For collection, your furry friend will be placed in its carrier 5 minutes prior to your arrival time so if you are late your furry friend will be waiting in its carrier!
If on arrival you see another customer dropping off or collecting, please wait in your car until the previous customer has returned and got into their car.
Please do not touch the door handles, we will open and close the cattery door.
Hopefully with these measures in place we can protect one another whilst still providing excellent care for your furry friends.
